We work together to understand your property & your timeline, to make sure your property qualifies for our Equity Boost Program.

2. We Agree to a NET Price Based on Comparable Sales

We agree to a NET price, sign the agreement of sale. You get 100% of the original price we agreed on PLUS upside on the increased profit.

3. We Fund & Perform Small Renovations or Upgrades

We know which upgrades will add the most value and we do them strategically – with NO out of pocket costs to you.

4. We Market the Property & Conduct Showings

With reasonable access to the property we’ll market it on and off the MLS. When priced strategically, with the appropriate upgrades, you WILL get more money for your home.

5. We Sell the Updated Home for a Higher Price

Our Equity Boost Program covers ALL brokers fees, closing costs & everything associated with the sale. You’re free to sit back, relax & watch us work our magic!
